Rights and duties of the users : The information disseminated by IFREMER is the property of Eurofleets Consortium members. In particular the logo and the website name are property of each partners. Any total or partial copy cannot be done without the agreement of the Consortium members. The users are responsible for the interrogations which they formulate as well as interpretation and use that they make of the results.

• They are responsible to use them in conformity with the regulations in force and the recommendations of the French national Commission of data processing and freedoms (Cnil) when the data are personal. In particular, they must know that information should be used only at strictly professional ends, that the capture of the screens for reconstitution or enrichment of a personal data base is against the French law and thus prohibited, as well as the use for commercial or advertising purposes.

• The installation of hypertexts links by third parties towards pages or documents diffused on Eurofleets Management website, which may constitute an infringement of the royalty, a parasitism or slandering concerning act, must be subject to an authorization of the Consortium members which can be requested directly near the administrator of the service more particularly concerned. The corresponding authorization will be granted if the link do not contravene the interests of Consortium members, and, if they guarantee the possibility for the user of identifying origin of the document through deep hypertexts links, framing or insertion by links.
