Welcome to the reporting interface of ESONET!

The reporting process will start the 17th January 2011.

• Phase 1: 17 January – 31 January 2011: Activity Report of each Partner
  

• Phase 2: 1 – 18 February 2011: Activity Report of WP Leaders

• Phase 3: 1 – 21 March 2011: Financial report of each Partner

• Phase 4: 21 March – 10 April 2011: Consolidation and correction by coordination team + other reports

For Esonet Partners:

The Phase 1 (17 January - 31 January 2011) was dedicated to the activity reporting by each ESONET Partner. This information is the part 1 of the "Management Report" for the European Commission and will be sent to Workpackages Leaders.

The Phase 3 (1-21 March 2011) is dedicated to Financial reporting by each ESONET Partner. This information will be the second part of the "Management Report".

For WP Leaders :

The phase 2 (1-18 February 2011) is dedicated to WPs Leaders who write the ACTIVITY Report per Workpackge for the European Commission.

Please in any case firstly, enter your login and password to start the reporting process.
If you need help, please firstly read the FAQs and Documents sections in the main menu. In the "document" section you can download the template of each phase of the report and your Form C.

the time out of the connexion is set to 45 min so make saves before 45 min

NB 1: In the " Partner only" area of the ESONET web site (www.esonet-emso.org)  you can download the previous management report and the list of ESONET payments.

NB 2: For the end of the ESONET project, the European Commission asks all ESONET partner to provide an audit certificate for the four ESONET period (from 1st March 2007 to 28th February 2011).
