Welcome to the Third Workshop of the Assemblage project (Assessment of the Black Sea sedimentary system since the last glacial extreme). The Institute of Biogeochemistry and Marine Chemistry invite members of the Assemblage Project to join this workshop held in the Conference Room of the ZMAW building from November 17-19, 2005 (Thur.-Sat.). .

This date is also the deadline for abstract submission. For the layout of the abstract, please download the following MS WORD template to ensure an uniform format for printing of the abstract volume. The length of the abstract could be up to 4 pages (A5) including figures.

A computer and a beamer will be avaiable for your presentations. We recommend that you prepare your presentation in the form of a MS Powerpoint or an Adobe Acrobat document on a CD or in an USB stick.

For the transfer from the airport to the city, there are serveral possibilities (see Transfer): by taxi, which costs about 30-40 Euro; or by the Airport Express Bus to the central train station (recommended). A two-way ticket is 7 Euro. From the central station you may use buses or the subway, depending on the location of your hotel. Please find detailed information at HVV time table.
