GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This
configuration is slightly modified from Gurvan Madec’s first one at
that resolution.
Horizontal grid : ORCA type, ½° at the equator. 722x511 points.
Vertical grid
The
DRAKKAR version has 46 levels and the DRAKKAR vertical grid (see «
general features »)
Bathymetry
The DRAKKAR version has a partial
step representation of the bathymetry .

conditions
Initial
conditions (T,S) are interpolated from the PHC 2.1 climatology, which
combines Levitus (1998) worl ocean climatology with a better Arctic
