Instructions for Paper Submissions
It is recommended that papers are submitted electronically
Do NOT submit incomplete or draft papers!
Format guidelines and style files for LaTeX (strongly encouraged) are
available HERE,
derived from the Springer Verlag ones. Please use these available style
files.
If you think that you will overpass the recommended lengths by more than 2 pages, please contact the organisers as soon as possible
Recommended length: 10 pages for invited presentations.
Recommended length: 4 pages for walk-on presentations.
Submission deadline: 31 January 2001. (extended to 15 February).
Please fill in a copyright transfer form.
Electronic Submission
- Acceptable formats for submitted papers are Postscript and pdf.
- They may be sent as:
name.ps or name.pdf (uncompressed files).
name.ps.gz or name.pdf.gz (compressed using gzip).
name.ps.Z or name.pdf.Z (compressed using Unix compress)
where name is first author's name.
- Send an email to: mathan@central.ntua.gr
- Subject: "ROGUE WAVES 2000 Paper submission".
- Give the following data
- title of paper;
- name(s) of the author(s);
- name of the submitted file;
- size of the submitted file;
- platform and software used to generate (and compress) the document;
- surface address, phone, fax, e-mail of the contact person.
- Each author submitting electronically should also send a simple
(plain ASCII) e-mail notifying the submission (which will be acknowledged),
in order to ensure an intact information flow.
- We will try to print out the document and send you e-mail confirmation.
- If you have any problems with the submission of your paper, please e-mail

Hardcopy Submission
Alternatively, please send 2 copies of your properly formatted paper and
one page with the surface address, phone, fax, and e-mail of the contact person to:
