The data measured with the same instrument (eg. Currentmeters, Thermistor chains, Sediment traps...) on the same mooring, are grouped within the same file which includes:

	A Mooring Header Format based on the international ROSCOP information
	A Time Series Header Format including the mooring reference identifier, the series (eg. the rank of the currentmeter on the line)  reference identifier within the mooring given by the originator,   time, location and other meta-data
	The Data Format of the time series

The sequence ' header + data points ' is repeated for each time series of the same mooring.
